Have you ever been reading God’s Word and had a story come to life. I was going through the book of 2 Kings when a King named Josiah grabbed my attention.  He was the king of Judah which was God’s people but several of Josiah’s predecessors “did evil in the sight of God.”  King Josiah was different! Scripture says that he “did what was right in the eyes of the Lord and walked in all the ways of his father David.” It is encouraging to see a man take over a great nation and choose to follow his Lord more than the patterns set before him. We could all agree how easily influenced we are by friends, upperclassmen and even family members (of course there is positive and negative influences). King...
